This morning I rode my bike to work, which is about 4.5 hilly miles round trip. I went to the gym during lunch for some quick arm workouts. Feeling pretty good!

I overslept but managed to get to the gym for 20 minutes of cardio before work. It wasn't great, but I kept my commitment of going to the gym before the office. I then did a light upper body workout after work. Not too bad!

Today was Memorial Day, so I didn't do so well. Vegetable kabobs, beef, hot dogs, etc. I did at least ride my bike about 3 miles when I did some work at Clementine. I'm going to get up early tomorrow morning and go to the gym before work.

I probably eat out too much, which I don't really see changing. So I'll have to be more selective about what I eat.

Right now I still have to motivate myself to go to the gym, I'd like to make it a habit that I follow in the morning.
